A contract between the customer & Panic Posters will only exist once an order has been Accepted, processed & despatched (at which point Panic Posters will charge the buyers' credit card for the goods despatched plus postage where applicable) This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Whilst many lines are held in stock at Panic Posters, we do also rely on the manufacturers stock & this can sometimes cause delays on delivery times. However, we will always keep customers informed of any such delays.

Returns Exchanges & Refunds

If you wish to return an item to us that is damaged or which you did not order, you must contact us in writing (by e-mail or post) within two days of receipt and prior to returning the goods to us. We will then contact you to make arrangements to send a replacement or issue a refund and to let you know what to do with the goods you wish to return. Generally a replacement will be supplied and generally you will be asked to return the damaged or incorrect goods to us.

Lost items
– (UK) if your goods have not arrived within 15 days of dispatch, we must be informed in writing or by e-mail. Upon verification, we will send a replacement or if not available we will offer an alternative or a refund.
- (Europe) if your goods have not arrived within 20 days of dispatch, we must be informed in writing or by e-mail. Upon verification, we will send a replacement or if not available we will offer an alternative or a refund.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind and no longer want it, we must be informed in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will then contact you to make arrangements for return of the goods. To obtain a refund the item(s) must be returned back to us in the original packaging, unused and in saleable condition within 7 days of your cancellation notification. We will then issue a refund for the item(s) purchase price only (not for P&P). You will be responsible for returning the item(s), and the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. It is recommended you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature on receipt.
